Every tax-deductible donation stays in Malibu Middle and High School to support our students and teachers through the efforts of PTSA, Arts Angels, and Athletic Booster Club.
We depend on the generosity of our families to fund the majority of Malibu Middle and High School Specific programs.
While we suggest an annual donation of $2,500 per student, any amount is appreciated.

Throughout the year, The Shark Fund will support parents interested in hosting a new event, or volunteering at our existing fundraising events. Examples include last Year's Tennis Open and Dad's Meet Up..

In 2023, The Shark Fund launched an endowment initiative to establish "forever funding" for all Malibu public schools around the focus areas of academics, arts and athletics.
In June 2024, we launched the Van Dyke Endowment for the Arts with an endowment goal of $3M in order to generate the funds needed for arts education across all four Malibu public schools.

Our fundraising goal for The Shark Fund 2023-24 school year is $437,200. The Shark Fund is the primary fundraising organization for both Malibu Middle and Malibu High School, financially supporting the PTSA, Athletic Booster Club, Arts Angels and administration by funding additional staff where needed at Malibu Schools.
