About The VAN DYKE ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS
Funding Arts Education in Malibu Public Schools
The Shark Fund, in partnership with Arlene & Dick Van Dyke, launched the Van Dyke Endowment for the Arts in June 2024 with the goal of raising a $3,000,000 endowment to support arts education in the four Malibu public schools.
To date, $200,000 has been raised and invested for the endowment, as the team continues to build upon that investment with ongoing outreach and events.
The endowment is currently managed by The Shark Fund, and proceed will be distributed to the schools on an annual basis in the Spring.
